Global 6K for Water

More than 800 children under the age of 5 die every day from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and improper hygiene. Furthermore, the average distance many women and children in the developing world walk for water is 6K (3.7mi).  But we believe the global water and sanitation crisis can be solved within our lifetime.

So, on MAY 25, we walked a 6 km loop so we can experience what people have to do to get water in many parts of the world. We raised over $5500!

Special Business Meeting and Potluck Lunch

On June 23, after our church service, we are having a potluck lunch in the lower auditorium. We would love for you to join us for it and, if you can, bring something to share. During that lunch, we will also be having our Special Business Meeting, where we will elect some new elders, celebrate what God's been doing and look ahead to the future. All are welcome to attend this meeting.
